The Vulture Squadron have a proven track record of avian mismanagement. In fact, in over 20 years they have failed to catch a single pigeon. This band of incompetents, lead by a certain Mr Dastardly, include a medal-hungry mutt, a cowardly pilot and an engineer with Tourette’s.
