Yes, I have a link to Fred Wheeler. He’s a musician and runs an Independent artists site. I’ve known him for many years. He’s a fantastic person, great musician, and overwhelmingly gracious individual. He even played at Bob Dylan’s 60th Birthday Bash by invitation! Which is fantastic, obviously from my submissions at the-Beat, I kind of have this thing for bob. :)

I also link to another young band, they’re very today I guess but have so much potential to grow. I met them actually through my blog.

Sean is a great writer. I’ve read his work at the-Beat. You guys have a good thing going there. It is absolutely one of those places that will just continue to grow and gain recognition and begin attracting more and more writers. I used to co edit a literary zine and I know how much work goes into it. I finally relinguished my position just so I could spend time on my own stuff.

Well, let’s see, I could add a link to your blog, but, can I use one of your photo’s? I can put it in the sidebar. I wanted to link to the Beat too but I need Sean to give me a graphic.

Thanks for the kind words (ooh and do feel free to add me to your blog page!)- I guess myself and Sean like to think we have a good thing with the Beat, and we’d really like to make big things of it, but at the end of the day it’s just the two of us working to get others noticed and maybe make a name for ourselves at the same time - I know Sean is a bit of a writer and has aspirations in that direction - I want to do web stuff and the Beat project sort of spread from there.

Glad you liked the pic’s and I wear the shirt around. I recently attended a Springsteen concert where I was in suite with some big names. I told every one of them about the zine. It’s all about exposure I suppose.
