Re-Design In Progress

Never satisfied with the design of this site, I’ve started a live redesign, playing with new ideas before your very eyes. Please accept my apologies for things being broken, inconsistent styling and generally offending your eyes. As with any of my web developments, familiarity breeds content, and usually by the time I’ve implemented a new design I’m already bored with it. Either that, or I’ve subsequently seen some others piece of work and realised that I’m not good at this.

WV4 is the online home of Rob Lewis, featuring a blog covering a variety of subjects, mainly web design, CSS and PHP, as well as featuring useful links to other websites.

    Yeah, it’s a pain in the butt designing for yourself. I think it’s just that voice in the back of your mind always telling you, “You can do better”. Not necessary a bad thing, as you do improve with every design (it’s a nice feeling going through your previous work, seeing improvement), but it is certainly stressfull. :)
